Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Maryam Avci is Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia. She has a Master of Psychology with over 6 years of experience working as a Mental Health Professional with adults with disabilities and Behavior Technician with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. She received her ABA training from the Institute of Florida and Technology and BCBA Certificate while working as a Behavior Technician providing 1:1 home based ABA therapy. As a BCBA, she enjoys working closely with families to help them understand behaviors, ABA, and how they can easily implement interventions at home and in other settings. She is passionate about working with early learners and developing their communication, social, and daily living skills through individual treatment plans and goals.

I have worked with individuals with disabilities since 2001. I have been a SPED teacher since 2004, working with a variety of ages, disabilities and behaviors in specialized private schools as well as public schools. I became a BCBA in 2012 and have been supervising community-based ABA programs since then as well.
I am passionate about watching my students and clients become more independent and productive citizens in their community.

Samelfi earned her undergraduate degree in psychology at Central Connecticut State University before going on to obtain her master's in Forensic Psychology at Marymount University. Samelfi interned with the FBI under the Behavior Analysis Unit while completing her graduate program. Samelfi started working in the field in 2018 as a behavior technician. She received her BCBA certificate in May 2023 and began practicing as a bilingual BCBA at Classic ABA Services. Samelfi is committed to fostering teamwork and a positive relationship with her staff, her clients and their families.

Her educational background in Public Health and Development Sciences, coupled with a Master's degree in Healthcare Management, underscores her dedication to holistic care and organizational excellence. Her five years of experience as an RBT in diverse settings demonstrate her hands-on approach and deep understanding of individual needs. By pursuing additional coursework in ABA at the Florida Institute of Technology and earning her BCBA in April 2024, Diana has solidified her expertise and passion for behavior analysis, poised to make a lasting impact in the lives of those she serves.
Safety Care Trainer
My name is Nalei Meneses, and I was born in Naalehu, Hawaii, and currently live in Leesburg, Virginia. I lived in Mexico for over 35 years, where I obtained a degree from the International de Idiomas Mexico College in Mexico City in Interpreting-Translating and a specialty in Education from IBERO University.
I have worked as an educator for 38 years. My work background includes ESL teaching, as well as SPED and ESOL for school districts in Mexico and Texas. I currently work as a Student Information Assistant for FCPS and as a RBT and translator for Classic ABA Services. Additionally, I accrued a Trainer Certificate from QBS Solutions in Safety Care.
My passion is to work with children, with the hope to guide, support and assist them as they reach their goals. I am also an animal lover and love to be out in nature.

Leveraging my extensive background, I effectively manage ABA programs, ensuring they are both innovative and client centered. My multidisciplinary expertise allows me to seamlessly integrate operational efficiency with compassionate care, creating a nurturing environment for both clients and staff.
